Our fermented sauces and seasonings are developed using pepper mash that undergoes the fermentation process that provides the unique flavour profile for our line of fermented sauces and seasonings. Our fermentation process for raw scotch bonnet and west Indian Red peppers last for over a year before products are developed from each batch.
