Clarence Benjamin International Limited

United Kingdom

benlar-foods-clarence-benjamin-clarence-dutchie.jpg

Clarence Benjamin International, owner of the Clarence Dutchie brand started on a quest for
geographic expansion coming out of a grant funding received from the ITC’s United Kingdom Trade
Partnership Program (UKTP). It is the success of this UKTP grant supported program that triggered the recent launch of Clarence Dutchie's first e-franchise restaurant into the UK market.

As we continue our quest for geographic expansion, we see the need for more strategic alliances
that will strengthen our position and grow the brand, and so it is on this premise we reach out as we prepare to go to market.

THE BUSINESS VALUATION & STRUCTURE

Clarence Benjamin International was incorporated in 2022 with trading brands: Clarence Dutchie,
Benlar Fusion and Clarence 1919, trademarked in the United Kingdom. The company has received
funding from the UK government and from private investors and as such established a valuation.

The business structure is already set up and investment injected, that was used to secure the
business' first premium ghost restaurant in Bethnal Green, recently launched November 30, 2023 under a feasibility study approach.

The launch and feasibility study was successful and now we are preparing to go to market officially within the next couple of months.
